The Sugar Bowl

I won a prize at the The Sugar Bowl a while ago and this is one of the six stamps I choose. Of course I had to use it for the new sketch at the The Sugar Bowl. The theme that you have to add is 'snowflakes', well there are enough in the image!
At Dutch Card Lovers they still have a winter theme so I would also like to enter this card for their challenge!
I added some stickles on the coat and some snowflake puff on the little snowflakes. The punch that I used is from Martha Stewart. On the edges there are some handmade pearls with the PerlenPen.

You are in my heart and thoughts

I've made this card yesterday too when I had a stampday with my sister Sandra. You can see her cards at her blog of course :) My mother Annelies joined us too in the afternoon and she made a great card, take a look at her blog!

I've made this Penny Black card with the sketch from Cute Card Thursday. I've used this great paper from Basic Grey 'Marjolaine'. The challenge at Penny Black Saturday Challenge was a recipe. Use three papers, one ribbon and one charm. Well... I placed to ribbons on top of each other to make one ribbon, hope that counts ;)

Friday Sketchers

I'm having a stampday with my sister :) This is the first card that I made today. It's the sketch from Friday Sketchers. The card is for my cousin who will be six soon. The stamp is a Sugar Nellie. It's one of the stamps that I won lately at the Sugar Bowl!!

The Big Book of Buttons

Look what I got for Christmas! It's 'The Big Book of Buttons' from Cath Kidston. Love that brand although it's not available in the Netherlands. Lucky me, my sister Sandra goes to London once a year from her work and brings me sometimes lovely goodies. I've never seen a box for buttons like this one. It's beautiful!!

Fave Five Christmas Cards 2010

Debby made up a great candy challenge. You have to pick your five favourite Christmas cards and show them on your blog. She's offering a great prize and it's nice to see everyones favourite cards!

Here are my five favourite cards in no particular order:

Magnolia

This is the last christmascard that I made. It's for my mom, dad and sister Berniek.
I've used the sketch from Just Magnolia. The great papers that I used are called 'Mitten Weather' from Cosmo Cricket .
I would also like to enter this card to the challenges of Papertake and Simon Says Stamp challenge blog 'anything goes'.

Red and white

Here is the christmascard that I made for my sister Sandra. She decorated her house in red and white this year so I thought it would be nice to make her a card in the same colors! :)

I've used the sketch from Friday Sketchers. The papers are from Marianne Design - Pretty Papers Bloc 'Scandanavian Christmas'. At a Spoon full of Sugar the challenge is 'christmas cards'. Well this is one of my last ones, I hope :). I also found two challenges 'anything goes'. The first one is from Papertake and the second from Simon Says Stamp challenge blog.

Sketch Saturday

It is the last challenge for 2010 at Sketch Saturday. Please join us this last time!! The DT has made gorgeous cards again and we have a great sponsor this week:

I've made my card with the beautiful papers from Basic Grey 'Wisteria'. I love the purple and blue colors. The stamp is just too cute. I always find it hard to use my stamped images... :)

Sketch Saturday

Terry is our host for this week at Sketch Saturday. She made a great sketch and I really enjoyed working with it. Our sponsor is Your Zoap and you can win €25 to spend in their store!!

I also want to enter the challenge from Basic Grey which is a recipe. You have to use 4 different type of embellishments, 3 different design papers, and 1-2 images or 1-2 sentiments. I've used a button, ribbon, rhinestones and flowers as my embellishments. The three different design papers are from the 'Origins' paper pad from Basic Grey. The stamped image and sentiment are from Elzybells.
